We pride ourselves in developing and maintaining an ethos that builds, in every child, self confidence, appreciation of the needs of others, an acquisition of moral values and the ability to judge accordingly, as well as develops habits of self discipline and good behaviour.
St Robert’s is a Community of Faith that aims to provide:-
- a well organised and friendly atmosphere where each child is important
- a happy, caring and stimulating environment
- positive attitudes and an enjoyment of learning which are fostered and encouraged
- support for parents in their desire to ‘hand on’ their faith to their children
- an environment which encourages the development of:-
- communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing, ict, music, art, drama)
- mathematical and scientific skills (observing, measuring, recording, discriminating, investigating)
- physical skills (movement, games, educational gymnastics, swimming, drama, dance and the use of tools and equipment)
- creative skills (painting, drawing, music making, singing, modelling, craft)
- social skills (courtesy, consideration for others, working as a member of a group).
